Photographer's Note

In the Beach of Costa Nova, coastal region of Aveiro, we admire the houses of strong colors (always white and another yellow, red, green or normally blue color), painted in scratches, predominantly vertical.
The coloring of the main avenue marks our look.

Pretty scene, Joao. Blue red and white vertical stripe with window shades and flowers. Somewhat round depiction also suits this scene.

Les cabines de bains sont trčs colorées. Quelle bonne idée d'avoir photographié cette répétition. J'aime beaucoup.

Quite a contrast to the b&w portrait you posted before this :-) Wonderful splashy colors in this shot of the beach huts. Great shapes, lines and I like the alternating rhythm of blue-red-blue with the vertical white paint. The flower pots below the windows are nice, too. Nice photo to look at for some holiday mood. Joăo, esta foto está definititivamente fantástica. gosto de como a luz vem de cima/de tras (z ou s?, minha nossa!). se fosse em outro horário, muito provavelmente vocę teria os brancos estourados.
sabe o que ficaria perfeito: ter uma perna deixando a imagem. entende o que eu digo? vocę pegar alguém que acabou de passar... (acho que vale a pena treinar uma coisa que TODO fotógrafo deve ter: pacięncia. O Claude me disse que ele sentado num determinado lugar e ESPERA passarem as pessoas para formarem a composiçăo que ele tem na cabeça).

Beautiful colors and patterns. I am happy for this photo because it remembers me that summer is coming and I am finally going to see again the sea (and this time I hope to photograph any wonderful boats in the Strait of Messina.

Framing is has my perfect opinion like the composition, a picture rich in details and the colors are good in spite of a small lack of light on the frontages

Great to watch this Joao - its seams to be some kind of bathing houses - the must be a base for a theme soon ;-) Great to watch similarity in shapes and the difference in colours and decoration - thanks for sharing.

Very nice colors. The crispness is great and I like the tight view of these. It all has a very graphic appearance with the simple shapes and stripes and even the smooth sky. It needs a bit of rotation to the right, though, I'd say. Just a minor thing, though. It's these colors that really get me as an admirer of good color. Very nicely done.

Wow..this is very good. After looking at your dancers series for quite sometime, this is a welcome change. I like all the lines as they fill up the frame with stress and life.

Well centered with a good mix of blue and red. Almost no sky. The roofs line works fine as a separation between sky and houses. Excellent and colourful shot. Well done!
