Photographer's Note

Vasco da Gama Tower. Built to the World Lisbon Exposition in 1998. It is about 140 meters high and has a panoramic restaurant at 85 meters and a panoramic terrace at 100 meters. It is served by 2 lifts which carry 25 people. Its structure looks like a boat sails, remembering the ancient portuguese sailors

Photo techniquement irréprochable. Le bleu parfait et régiler du ciel permet ŕ la strucure de bien se détacher. La présence des feuilles en avant plan est trčs judicieuse.
Une petite photo prise ŕ partir de la tour peut-ętre demain ?
Beau travail.

I have seen many pictures of this tower and this is the most interesting so far. A dramatic tilt giving a corner to corner diagonal, a nice sweeping curve, lots aof details, lovely deep sky and a bit of vegetation as foreground. Great job!

Incredible composition with the centre- line of the tower exactly in the corner! I like the great depth, very good crispness, indigo sky and very strong graphic aspect. The palmiers in front provide a nice contrast. Parabéns, Rui!

I like this very artistic angle ! and what a blue sky, did you use a polarizer ?
I'm not sure I wish to see a view from the top of the tower... this view already gives me a feeling of vertigo...

Very well chosen angle you found to capture this great tower - The deep blue background perfect for the grey/white surface - and the palm leaf gives extra depth in the image.

Perspectiva original da torre Rui! De facto este angulo é muito bem conseguido realçando a imponęncia da estrutura. As plameiras no canto inferior direito ajudam ao preenchimento da moldura. Um bom trabalho sem duvida :)
