Hi, Olenka!
I'm sorry for giving you just one point, but I think it's too sad colors. This should have been a happy photo with sharp colors. One more thing: I would prefer to not let the flag "touch" the building. The motive is OK, but there's no special contrasts here.

Although compo is a bit clumsy (I aggree with Bergephoto) because of the natural colors I appraise this photo. And yes, you are right, in Romania national flags can be seen everywhere.

I like moment when catch that image, when the flag touch the building. Who not know , that are the Romanian Parliament ( House of People ) built on Ceausescu era. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the Palace is the world's largest civilian administrative building (The Pentagon is the largest overall), most expensive administrative building, and heaviest building.
