Stretching high above the sea of cars parked in the middle of the road, i tried to align myself dead-center with the defunct/broken/derelict/ruined ferris wheel at rising up from the nearby Parcul Tei.

wonderful photo, this is a great shot. love how the entire scene is so full, the cars are squished in, pushed in, and it makes for an awesome effect.
