I looked up google translate and in English 'primaria' is 'hall' so this is probably the Sinaia City Hall.

More information on this attractive mountain town in the Bucegi & Baiu Mountains, (offshoots of the larger and more extensive Carpathian Mountains) here.

Hello Chris,
A very attractive building that has all the hallmarks of a Town Hall. You have used the foreground stone benches to good effect to frame the architecture. Lights and colours are pleasant to view and the image has good sharpness.

Hello Chris,
A quick Google search confirmed that this is indeed Sinaia City Hall. It's a nice building, but I could have taken it for the railway station. The style of the roofs would probably have made me think of Romania even without any information or hints. The light is very nice and the people sitting on the bench were probably not too cold.

Hello Chris,

I think your translation is spot on, the building reminds me very much of the Mairies in France.
I really like how you have composed your photograph, the opening in the curved f/g, funnelling attention from a strong position towards the details of the city hall, The building is sharp with interesting details of long shadows reaching it from across the road.
