Photographer's Note

Podvarak sa svinjskim mesom.

Fotografije postupka pravljenje podvarka.
Za pripremu jela koristio sam -
- svinjsko meso, kiseli kupus, mast, ulje i razne zacine.
Prvo sam izdinstao svinjsko meso, izvadio iz serpe, u mocu sam dodao mast i stavio kupus, koji sam kuvao oko 30. minuta.
U kupus sam stavio meso i pokrio ga, jelo sam stavio u rernu i pekao oko 35. minuta na temperaturi od 200 C stepeni.
U maloj tepsiji je hleba, namazan mastom, stavljena crvena paprika, kratko ispeceno u rernu.
Za pravljenje jela, koristiom sam iskustvo, koje sam stekao sa pokojnom suprugom.

Podvarak with pork.

Photos of the process of making podvarka.
For the preparation of food I used -
- pork, sauerkraut, lard, oil and various spices.
First I roasted the pork, took it out of the sherpa, added fat in the power and put the cabbage, which I cooked for about 30 minutes.
I put the meat in the cabbage and covered it, I put the dish in the oven and baked it for about 35 minutes at a temperature of 200 C degrees.
In a small baking pan, greased with bread, put red pepper, briefly baked in the oven.
For making meals, I used the experience I gained with my late wife.
