Pcela na svom poslu.

Covek i njegovo postojanje na zemlji zavisi od pcela.
Pcela je bilo koja vrsta letecih insekata iz reda opnokrilaca, nadfamilije pcela (Apoidea). Glavna osobina svih pcela je da za ishranu skuplja cvetni polen, kao izvor belancevina i cvetni nektar kao izvor ugljenih hidrata. Najbolje poznata vrsta je evropska medonosna pcela. Na Zemlji postoji oko 20 000 vrsta pcela u sedam familija rasprostranjenih skoro u svim podrucjima sveta. Velicina se krece od 2 mm do 4 cm. Pretezno su crne ili sive boje.
Neke vrste ukljucujuci medonosne pcele, bumbare, i bezaocne pcele zive drustveno u kolonijama. Pcele su adaptirane za hranjenje nektarom i polenom, pri cemu je nektar primarni izvor energije, dok je polen primarni izvor proteina i drugih nutrijenata. Najveci deo polena se koristi kao hrana za larve.
Ljudsko pcelarstvo ili apikultura se praktikuje vec milenijumima, ili bar od vremena antickog Egipta i Grcke. Osim meda i polinacije, pcele proizvode pcelinji vosak, maticnu mlec i propolis.
Pcele koriste lep dan sa suncem, da odrade svoj posao.

Man and his existence on earth depend on bees.
A bee is any species of flying insect from the order Apoidea. The main feature of all bees is that they collect flower pollen for food, as a source of protein and flower nectar as a source of carbohydrates. The best known species is the European honey bee. There are about 20,000 species of bees on Earth in seven families spread in almost all parts of the world. The size ranges from 2 mm to 4 cm. They are mostly black or gray.
Some species including honey bees, bumblebees, and beeswax live socially in colonies. Bees are adapted to feed on nectar and pollen, with nectar being the primary source of energy, while pollen is the primary source of protein and other nutrients. Most pollen is used as food for larvae.
Human beekeeping or apiculture has been practiced for millennia, or at least since the time of ancient Egypt and Greece. In addition to honey and polishing, bees produce beeswax, royal jelly and propolis.
Bees use a nice sunny day to do their work.
