Photographer's Note
This is a detail of the huge ensemble of the ruins of the castle of Spis, listed in UNESCO World Heritage.
The castle was erected on a celtic base in 12th century while the first saxon pioneers arrived here to Spis county then several times it was enlarged in 14th, 15th, 18th centuries.
I loved the "Irish" accent of this image: the rich green grass, the ruins of the robust celtic stone walls and the tower.
I hope you also find its beauty.

Hallo from Germany!
What a sight, what an impressive building this must have been! I like the composition of this picture very much. You have had a good but difficult light here - but you handled it skillfully! The visitors give a good scale here. A worth-seeing and wort-showing place!
Greetings!

Hi, Jalab!
Really nice composition Jalab, and the colours of the castle and its surroundings are vivid and clear. These small structures in the foreground associate with grazed animals that pacifies a picture. Overall effect is very appealing.
I like it.

Very nice photo Jalab where you on the wall to take the shot?
It looks just like Ireland but without the rain!

It really does look quite Irish. The contrast between the lush green grass and the coolish looking grey walls is nice. I also like how the wall moves diagonally across the screen. Very well framed shot.
