Looks like an island getting out of the fog! Maybe without the background mountain it would have been even stronger, but I know it is difficult to move the mountain...

Perfect weather for photos - some sunlight and lots of fog around the hill. Very nice early morning colors.
One thing that could possibly be better is crop. I would prefer to see more space on the bottom below the castle and less sky.

Gorgeous view and a great composition with the castle (coming up through the clouds) a bit to the right and the mountains behind slightly to the left. IMO I think it would please me more if it was desaturated a bit and maybe also sharpened. See WS.

Well taken. i love the mist around the castle mount, and the Tatras in the horizon line.
The castle is well placed in the frame. Question: where were you to take this picture? Helicopter? on other mountain?

No jesteś szaleniec kolorystyczno-efektowo-genialny. Nieziemskie zdjęcie chociaż jak się nie mylę z ziemi. Super POV i DOF. A kolory - ho ho. Światło też. Kompozycja ...

I saw years ago a shot relevant to spissky Hrad....with the castle emerging from the clouds...looking like a floating/flying object.

this is the same feeling I get from your picture.
furthermore I like the zloty tones from jesien and tatra mountains in the background

Ale trafiłeś warunki, to trzeba mieć szczeście. Też mam ten zamek na zdjęciu ;) Światło i kolorystyka niesamowite o mgiełce nie wspomne. Interesuje mnie tylko z jakiego miejsca albo z czego zrobiłeś to zdjećie?

Very nice atmosphere with this castle emerging from the fog. Colours and special light very well captured. Maybe I would prefer a panoramic view, with the sky cropped. Best regards,

An impressive capture, here! The halo of mist makes the castle stand out, with its crown of vegetation. I like very much the Saturn ring shape, and the golden light, superb, shows it in full majesty. I prefer the more saturated version. Congratulations,

Ahoj Kamil, mozno je trocha viac saturovany zamok pre moje oko a zbytocne vela "iba modrej"oblohy, ale super kompozicia zamku s pozadim Tatier, no a ta hmla... nema chybu!

Ahoj Kamil, no tak to je parada. Nadherny pohlad, krasne farby, pekna kompozicia. Ten opar je uzasny.
Mozno by nezaskodilo, ak by bolo trocha menej tej prazdnej oblohy, myslim, ze by to kompoziciu este vylepsilo. Ak by strecha veze vycnievala ponad hreben Tatier, bolo by to uplne perfektne. Ale toto su len omrvinky, celkovy dojem je super.

PS: short English note: wonderful shot, very good composition, I love the low clouds haze. If a part of the empty sky would have been cut off, it would make the composition even better. If the tower-top would stand out over the mountain range, the photo would have been just perfect (at least for me). These are just very minor issues and the overall impressions is super.
