Far de Capdepera or Faro Capdepera is a lovely lighthouse from which there are some short cliff walks along the coast. Great place to visit. There are some wonderful beaches in this area so it is easy to combine the hike in this wild setting and a sunbathing on a beautiful beach.

What a beautiful view of this coastline. The rocky cliffs with some greenery look fantastic in this bright sunlight and the contrast with the deep blue water is wonderful. The lighthouse is the perfect detail.

Imponujący skalny klif wystarczyłby na dobrą fotografie a ozdobiony kontrastującą kolorystycznie latarnią morską to już wyśmienita kompozycja. Do tego trzeba dodać kolorystykę morza w dole kadru i otrzymujemy obraz zachęcający do odwiedzenia tej wyspy a także przywołujący miłe wakacyjne wspomnienia.

Hello Mariusz,

This looks a little like the coast of Western Australia around Albany or on Rottnest Island. It has the same emerald colored water too. Pretty to look at, but uninviting to swimmers. The lighthouse makes a good focal point. Tfs!

Mariusz, the lighthouse was built at the top of the cliff to signal the reefs and the coastline to the ships navigating in the surroundings. A hike on these cliffs offers stunning views. Fine colors, good image quality, regards.
