Photographer's Note

For this one I will do a very short note.
This swimmer is the same swimmer who you can see here (is the guy of the left), is also the man of this web and... and, thats the surprise about I talked a few days ago, is also the man of this photo. As you can see is a good way for learn about other people and, żwhy not?, about photography (well, you can learn about photography with the photo awarned like the best sport picture in the world press photo 2004, not with my pictures).

Vaya, hombre, una nota corta con lo que me gustan esas tuyas que son medio filosóficas...Una lástima.

Sobre la foto...como las demás: gran dinamismo, mucha fuerza y sobretodo, gran momento.

A short note, but with lots of links to explore. Fantastic shots in those links...Thanks for that.

Your shot is very interesting, capturing the swimmer on the turning around (I think...). The resulted effect is very nice, full of dynamism. His figur, remind of the paitings of Francis Bacon. I like the composition, but I think I would prefer to see a closer one as your previous ones. The bright reflection of the light in the right top is very nice as well.

The best part of this photo is the way you have caught the big wave of water around the swimmer. The brightness on the water above is a bit distracting and for that reason I agree with Ricardo that a tighter crop would have been better. However thank you for this series; you are showing us something different

Había visto la del worldpress photo, siempre me ha intrigado el punto de vista, porque es vertical... żSabes como la hizo? Bueno, voy a la tuya, de entre toda la serie que estás poniendo esta me gusta más por la forma que hombre y agua crean, dando un gran dinamismo a la fotografía. Los colores, son apagados, más no por ello menos interesantes. Bueno, buen día laborable.

hola carlos, bueno en cuanto a la foto yo no diria que es tu mejor trabajo. La imagen para mi no me trasmite mucho. He visto la foto del link, y esa si que me ha gustao. Pero vamos la nota que has puesto esta de matar, todos los links MUY BUENOS! Y super informativos, que diferencia hace saber el nombre de la persona que fotografias. Ya vi que eres un fan de Xavier Torres. Gracias por toda la informacion. buen trabajo. gabriel.
