Photographer's Note
This La Sagrada Familia, the Cathedral designed by Antoni Gaudi, in Barcelona.
It literally took my breath away when we stepped through the door.Such a beautiful place!
I loved the way that the organ pipes reflected the colours from the stained glass windows.
I wonder what Gaudi would feel and think if he were to walk through the doors today, would he like what he saw? Was it what he imagined when he drew the plans?
Thanks for looking.

Paul McCartney wrote a song which best describes this image, Jean, the 'Pipes of Peace'.
I love this type of detail shot, and the colours are just magic.
Thanks for this beauty.

Hi Jean
Nice pov and great light and colour. I decided not to go there when I was in Barcelona... the crowds are crazy and there are so many other things to see in the city too.
Take care

Hello Jean,
The very tight framing on the pipes gives an interesting perspective. The light allows for some color reflections that makes the image still more vivid.
Best regards

Hello Jean,
A magnificent effect with lights upon the pipes. Chosen well a side POV that gave nice depth to the scene.
When we were there in 03/2000 the organ was not mounted yet, and it was merely a construction site, nevertheless and impressive place.
Have a nice new week,
Ike

Hi Jean,
I first thought that these are "just" pipes. But the reflections are so colorful that it really turns into an artwork of its own kind.
Very well spotted repeated motiv,
M
