Photographer's Note
The orchard of the east grandfathers year has been very generous and there was no way to eat all the tomatos, so of the solutions it is to dry them to the sun and to package them to consume them in the winter. This that you see it is the first step. , later already dry, they are packaged covering them with olive oil (oregano, garlic, pepper and salt) and good benefit!

Bravo Paco:

Very original photo. The colours are very inciting. However, I suppose you wanted to title the photo "Toma tomate". The automatic translator has played a joke on you. Be careful.

PD: Congratulations for the english note... Why are you complaining all the time about us writting in english when you´ve been able to manage the situation here quite splendidly? Pues eso Quillo, que estoy de coña.

Hola Francisco,
This picture showing us close-up work on drying tomatoes, I couldn't miss because, I've also been on a field where tomatoes are let to dry around Izmir in Turkey. But I never thought about taking the hands only. Excellen framing and POV and incredible sharpness all over.
Many thanks - Friendly yours - Izzet

Hola Francisco - my favourite shot of yours - point of view and depth of field close to perfect. As mentioned below, the picutere doesn't obey all the rules, but I don't mind that. Congratulations. Neil

Excelente!!! Incluso has respetado la proporcion 2/3.

What a lovely subject and note!
Great composition and crop! I like the tomatoes with the hands picking some up. Seen in the thumbnail, the hands almost have the shape of the steel arms of a machine. I think the light might be too strong, but still, thank you so much for this picture! Goes into my favorites for the nice pattern, color, and subject matter.

I really like the lighting on this one.The dark shadows and high contrast coupled with the bright reds make this an attractive photo and I like the way you have chosen to concentrate on the hands which has also made the composition interesting

Hello Francisco, excellent image. The richness of the colours comes out so strongly and the natural sunlight brings it out even more. Can almost feel the tomatoes drying out just by looking at your photograph. Spain is definitely one of the places I want to visit very much one day soon.

Well done.

Sun gives tomatos live, instead of dyring them. Red color of tomatos seems wonderful through daylight. Sharpness... composition... Very well done!

Hello Francisco,
Dried tomatoes smeared with olive oil are very tasty and mouth watering. Nice presentation of these half cut tomatoes kept for drying. The red colors is very vibrant. I like the inclusion of hand. Very simple but very effective shot.
