Photographer's Note

Geneva Lake Leman lights at night , the lights explosion effect is obtained zooming while a long exposure is running , should admit I was surprised by the result .

Hi Stefano, i'm discovering your night shot and yes you are good and i'm surprised in good way by your originality, this one is well seen and technically very strange at first look, this technic in photography is very eyes catching when successfull and your picture is one of them

Hi Stefano.

This night shot I think is y favorite of yours. I like the fact that the zooming leads the lights in the sky "outwards", while the reflections seem to drift more straight towards the camera. Creates a nice effect. Being surprised of the result (positively at least) is one of the things I love about photography. Might be that as the skills improve that won´t happen as often, but as long as it does, one has to enjoy it :)

Hi, Stefano! The effect of zooming during exposition is not allways the effect, but this picture is one of those who can be taken as a very positive example for those who are keen on experimenting and finding inovations in photography! Great scene and great work! Thanks for sharing!

Hi Stefano, quite an explosion of lights on the lake. I like the effects of your zooming but it seems impossible to do this effect on DRI shots. Or did you get some experience?
