Charlestown Harbour, a photo from Cornwall, England

Photographer's Note

A gloomy day at Charlestown Harbour on the south eastern coast of Cornwall. This is a working harbour, sometimes with two or three of these ships docked. I think that they must be rented out to working parties but am not sure. Unfortunately the public are not allowed on the harbourside so any photographs must be taken from above and it is not always easy to get a decent shot of the whole ship.

Also in Charlestown there is a Marine Museum all about ships, smuggling, and life and industry in Charlestown and the surrounding area in the past.
