Photographer's Note

Port Quin is a tiny village in a bay between Port Isaac and Polzeath on the north Cornwall coast. It was probably once a fishing village as there is a long low building (not visible) called the Fish Cellars. However this building has now been converted into holiday apartments and the whole area seems to have been adopted by the National Trust. I think the cottages are available to rent from them too. There is a tiny beach tucked away at the end of the bay and steep hills surround all sides.
