Photographer's Note

I have posted this for two reasons, one to get points ;) just kidding, and two was because I was watching a biography on David Bowie the other night. Hence the title. I loved Bowie as Ziggy Stardust and Aladinsane. (A LAD INSANE was possibly a reference to his brother who suffered from mental illness, something that Bowie was always frightened of himself). Anyway, after making some brilliant albums, Hunky Dory, Spiders from Mars, Aladinsane etc, he decided to go mainstream. "I wanted to give the audience what they wanted" he said. His record sales increased as did his popularity worldwide. The problem was, he didn't like the music that he was writing.
Where am I going with this you ask (or maybe you don't care?) It's to do with me on TE. I've thought about selling my soul to produce photos that would give me more points. Lets face it, it's nice to be liked ;) But I wouldn't like doing it. So I will stick with the obscure (and occaisional nice scene).
And as a footnote, Bowies popularity dropped like a lead balloon when he went back to doing what he liked doing most. Oh heck!!
Thanks to everybody for critiqing and raising for me my first 1000 points. I have found your critiques very encouraging, seen some fantastic images and learnt quite a lot.
