Loch Long to Ardentinny, a photo from Argyll and Bute, Scotland

Photographer's Note

If the night is relatively clear of cloud, then there is invariably a sunset of considerable beauty to be enjoyed along the western shores of loch long. This, of course, is one of the joys photography - you are there to enjoy such moments as much as to document them.

Caera data - no access to the raw file at the moment, but a smallish aperture would have been used and again taken from a tripod with the camera triggered remotely to avoid unwanted shake.

You have some great photo captures but, somehow, I can't appreciate them when in framed. Maybee it's just me but I'd rather see the raw image without the enhancement of a frame.

WOW Great colours, I have family that are there probably right now, They have gone to scotland for the weekend, wish i could have gone with them to come back with such a great photo as this. I like the shore off to the right with the lights nice effect and lightens that side JUST enough!!

Magical colours, we see a lot of sunsets/sunrises but once in a while one strucks you with something new. This is it!

Great colors in the sky, reflected in the water. The lights and reflections of them are nice too! Specialy because the color is almost the same as in the sky. Perhaps the horizon could be a bit lower, to make the image even more intersting.
