The lighthouse was built by David and Thomas Stevenson, and now there is a pilar of the Skye Bridge.

lighthouse photo are very majestic and photogenic.
the small waves and the water add nice form and textures.
i can't help but wonder what this scene would look like in different lighting such as sunset or sunrise.

Nice composition! Vertical format works well and nice sharp image. A sail boat in the foreground would have made the picture even better though it is fine the way it is. TFS.

nice one! Scotland and a lighthouse can only make for a good picture! And your eye of course! One thing though, I feel you could crop off the part of tha water at the bottom...there's not much going on here. maybe with a zoom in or something like that.

The lighthouses are my favorite photographs. I like your composition with a lighthouse in the foreground and islands and mountains in the background. Perfect dof, colors and sharpness.
