Photographer's Note

Smeaton's Bridge (also known as Perth Bridge) is one of three bridges that cross the River Tay in the Royal Burgh of Perth.

The bridge was desigend by John Smeaton, the architect who designed the Eddystone Lighthouse. There are seven arches in the structure.

The bridge is open to road traffic and pedestrains.
