Photographer's Note
It’s only when we see pictures like this that we notice the passing of the seasons. This picture was taken less than 9 months, yet since then I have graduated, moved to a different city and done many other things which make this once daily walk to University through Leeds’ Hyde Park seem like a world away.
I have entitled this photograph "Белый снег" (Beliy sneg), which is Russian for "White Snow" and is also the title of a song by Tatiana Bulanova.

Hi Jamie, lovely shot - which attracted my attention also by its cyrillic title :) Seems a nice place for a winter stroll!

i realy like this image nearly monochrome, and it does look cold, the trees realy pull you into the picture and give it depth, well done
