Photographer's Note
One of my first attempts at panning... The picture is of Jim Carty in a Subaru Impreza taking part in the Border Counties Rally 2007. It is a round of The Scotish Rally Championship, an 8 race event throughout the year, 7 races of which are raced on forestry commision tracks throughout Scotland, and an 8th race run on closed off public roads.
