Photographer's Note
Ali Ghapoo palace is a massive structure built during Shah Abbas Safavi standing high in Seven floors and 48 meters on the West side of the "Naghshe Jahan Square".The balconies are formed in ideal place from which the royal family used to watch the Polo games taking place in the Square. It was neglected for years but as you can see (scaffolding) I am pleased to see it being refurbished and preserved for the future generations.

Despite the extensive scaffolding, the building looks great floodlit like that, and you found a good viewpoint from which to photograph it.
Unfortunately you took this a little late in the evening; if you had taken it a little earlier when there was still some light and colour in the sky, this would have been so much better. The few minutes just after sunset is the ideal time for this kind of photography.
Cheers,
Ben

Hi Fara. Nice photo. It’s interesting to see the colours of the different types of lighting. I’m also pleased someone is restoring this lovely building to it’s former glory. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers, Paul.

Hi Fara - very unusual structure, ornate façade, yet cubic in shape without domes or minarets as expected, the tall thin columns are especially interesting, too bad about the scaffolding, though it's good that it's being restored.
