Photographer's Note

North view of Tehran
Tehran is located in a mountainside. Its average altitude is more than 1200m. The city is limited by mountains in the north. This landscape was shot from a building in Tehran. Normaly, the mountains are not visible in many days of year because of haze. Tehran has a very polluted air. The northern montains are covered with snow only in winters.
I increased the contrast and make the picture a litle blue before posting. Any Critique is appreciated.

What a majestic view, this one!
Four different layers on different height, a strange sight of the city without the haze. Rare photo of Tehran with such clarity.

Hi Reza,
This is a very interesting composition with rigid rectangular forms at the bottom complimented by the more free diagonals at the bottom. The four layers made it very graphical. Good shot.
Never thought Tehran looks like this.

Human occupation diminishes the beauty of the nature. But we can't change that can we ? The match box like buildings under the giant hill all came out fantastic.
