It's one of the two minarets on top of the monument, located in 7 km west of Esfahan, which is a tomb in fact. Tomb of a great pious & godly person named "Amoo Abud-llah", living about 7 centuries ago.The minarets are added to the building 3 centuries later, during Safavid Era, their importance is for their shaking, which is made by a physics effect called "resonance".If someone shakes one of'em, the other begins to shake as well. There are other shaking minarets in other pars of the world such as Iraq & Saudi Arabia, but the difference is that here all the building shakes too, & u can understand it shake because of the sound of jinglers hanging from the other minaret!
Many engineers have found this building "very exquisite", & tried to find out the reason of this shaking, but the ruslt of this "research" was that they damaged the shaking system & now only one of the two is "shakable"!
The height of its base from the ground level is 10 metres & the minarets are 7.5 metres high each.
The wooden beams sticking out of it are used for the architectural system.
