Photographer's Note
A useful note:
The Nabulsi House in Kfar-Yona is a prominent historical building in the landscape of the Sharon area that were established by the Nabulsi family from Nablus.
The house was founded by Radi Nabulsi, a member of the Nabulsi family who owned many properties in the Sharon vicinity.
An old grandeur of Arab residence from the end of the 19th century until 1947 when it was abandoned.
A planned renovation that would cost at approx. one million US$ is underway.
Kfar-Yona location of the park and villa is at 32.3113, 34.9385 on the map.
One WS attached, both pictures are converted from RAW, main photo is F4.5, 1/160, ISO100, cropped lower part.

Hello Ike
I did see some date palms in Jordan and Egypt but I am not sure if this tree is a date palm. Good sharpness and diffused light. Tfs!

Hello Ike,
Obviously it's an interesting building with a long history, so it deserves to be restored for a future use. The WS gives us an alternative view from another angle. Regards,
Gert

Hello Ike,
A nice view from a good angle of this house. I like how you included the trees in the foreground as well, and especially the palm tree looks good there. The soft lighting is appealing.

Hi Ike,luckily someone is renovating this ancient architectural jewel after more than 60 years of neglect. Very expensive but in the end it will have been a good investment anyway. 2 beautiful photos showing different parts in an excellent way. Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano

Hello Ike,
This looks like a beautiful old building and the first to be posted on this site from Sharon.
Together, the photographs give a good impression of the design, and materials and the location.
It looks as if the windows have been blocked up to prevent entry whilst the renovation takes place.
Will this become a museum, detailing the life of the Nabulsi family, a bit like Oliver Cromwell's house, that I posted a few days ago?
Have a good w/e,
Bev :-)

Hello Ike,
Also your second picture show us a nice view about this old house, 1946 & 47 two history years.
Sharpness and clarity make your image lovely.
Wonderful picture, taken out of the nice angle.
Very well done, TFS.
Best regards
John.

Hello Ike,
It is nice to see a new photo from you. It looks like the house (or villa) will need every penny for the renovation.
The smiley face I give this entry is for the WS photo, which is better than the main entry. The main entry has washed out sky and poor composition. The framing is inadequate, it crops out parts of the villa. There is too much clutter (trees and a tower) in the foreground. The WS photo, on the other hand, enjoys acceptable light management and a fine composition.
Regards,
MT

Hi Ike,
The trees are frmaing well the house. The point of view is showing the details of the villa Nabusi. The light is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.

Hi Ike,
Lovely architecture. Your note explains why the lower windows are covered with some construction plates.
This angle is richer but the workhop has more direct light.
You certainly have to revisit after it gets completely renovated.
Unfortunately it reminds me the paiful subject of old Jewish town houses in Poland. Very complicated issue. After WW2 of course everything was damaged by Germans. The country was poor so some properties were not renovated for many years. There was never a certainty whether the owner is alive or not. When a property was renovated, as you say with a huge cost, then usually a relative of the owner suddenly appeared.
As you know it is still a conflict issue between the two countries now.
I suppose after the renovation the owner of this house may come forward as well.
I am sorry, I didn't want to touch painful conflict issues but I suppose this may help you to understand the Polish side of the story.

Hello Ike,
Not an easy building to photograph. There are a fence and some other elements in front of it that you cannot remove.
As for the different trees and plants: They contribute well to the charm of the location.
The house clearly has an interesting architecture and deserves to be restored.
Best regards, Paul

Olá Ike,
Parece um local bastante agradável este dado o clima quente desta regiăo. A palmeira já está dando seus frutos e imagino que as maritacas devem estar por aí também. Bela foto amigo.
Parabéns e abraço

Hi Ike.
Magnificent images both this and the WS, which at least reinforces my conviction that it is a house well built in stone, but one for a million dollar renovation, would have to see a real palace and it is not the case .
Good sharpness, lighting and color.
I like it.
You have a good day. Very best regards.
Luis.

Hello Ike
The mansion is hiding through the trees, playing low profile to keep hidden its state of disrepair, which is more evident in the workshop.
I wonder what could be the wood structure looking like a segment of scaffolding in the near field?
Thanks for showing.
Shalom
