The only image that was evoked in my mind from the words of "Israel" and "coffee shop" are a crowded shop in which people are blown to bits. This is a much better image to put in my head. Very nice. And now I'm hungry for quiche... ;)

This is obviously a very ordinary scene. Yet, there is something about it that really appeals to me. It might be the colours, warm and organic, or the people, all seeming to be in the same mood, calm... or the complexity of the lines and perspective due to the use of a rather wide angle... Or all of the above.

This is the kind of shots I like, because it owes much to the photographer eye and the instant it was taken rather than some obvious highlight or flashy color.
Everything here balances and each interspace is smartly populated, from the background pics of Botero style fat ladies (quite unusual for a restaurant, is it a weightwatchers canteen?), to the girl populating the bright kitchen entrance or the guy sitting on the righter side. There are no free spaces in this image that would leave the eye empty or frustrated.
However, the exception is the bottom of the image, which gives the eye a rest but on the negative side balances off your pic towards the upper part. I think you would have a better equilibrium cropping slightly this part.

Wow, the ladies on the walls are certainly big girls! Others have already said what a nice picture this is, and I agree. Congrats on the sale.
