Photographer's Note

Here's a shot of the kitschy Trojan Horse outside the Troy / Truva (Turkish) historic site. I've loaded 2 workshops showing tourists dressing up as Hector, Paris, Priam, Cassandra and Helen. The archeology site is somewhat of a disappointment unless you have carefully studied the history to understand what you're looking at. The Museum in Istanbul is a good place to start as they have almost an entire floor devoted to Troy. There were 30 men in the original horse but only 1 person can be seen here peering out of the upper window. The site is about 40 km south of Çanakkale near the town of Tevfikiye.
