Photographer's Note
Cahit Sitki Taranci House Cultural Museum is one of the more impressive buildings of Diyarbakir in south eastern Turkey, and dates from 1810 AD. It is off a side street close to the Grand Mosque (Ulu Camii). These old Armenian houses were constructed with local black basalt alternating with white stone. Cahit Sitki Taranci was a local poet.
Here's a wider angled view I found on the "happyfrogtravels.com" site:

Hello Chris,
Diyarbakir has some of the most amazing buildings and streets in all of Turkey but is too far away to receive a great number of tourists. I have been there twice but I must admit I don't remember this house. It's an impressive building and the photo is very neatly cropped to underscore the beauty of the ornaments. It looks very nice in the link too.
Best regards,
Gert

Hello Chris,
An excellent take upon the decorated facade of this Cultural Museum. White bricks in decorative pattern up on every window, which by itself the window has a fine wooden frame with white "lace" like ornaments.
Good evening,
Ike

Hello Chris,
There are lots of attractive patterns in this photo, both in front of the window and over them and of course the windows themselves add some as well. The reflections are nice too.

Bonjour Chris,
J'apprécie les reflets sur les vitres. La prise de vue permet devoir les détails du mur et des fenętres. La lumičre met en valeur les couleurs de l'image. Bonne journée.

Hello Chris,
These are very distinctive, attractive buildings.
The white stone makes a wonderful, strong contrast with the black basalt, making the patterns stand out strongly. The decorative, patterned, wrought iron is delightful, coordinating very well with the patterns created by the stone.
My warm regards,
Bev 😊

Hello Chris, a good close up of the windows, well edited.
The decoration that has been created with the white stone is lovely.
The reflections of the green trees adds to the whole scene.
Kind regards, Jean.

Hello Chris,
In 1984 I was only in Dyarbakir for one day but I don't remember much about the city unless many buildings were built in black stone.
Also that this was a place where I had a lot of glasses of tea with the friendly people, all Kurds if I remember correctly.
This looks like a real beautiful building with very attractive decorations. Also a charming view on the link you provided.
Best regards, Paul

Hello Chris,
What a pretty facade! I wonder about the fate of the original occupants of this house.
