Rope dancing in the Balloon, a photo from Nevsehir, Central Anatolia

Photographer's Note

Indeed, a rather evident but still impressive view when you stand in such an air-balloon.

I attempted already a shot a week before but not totally satisfied I tried to find a more precious moment. So here my second version seeing this man like rope-dancing in the balloon. The same men you see outside in previous photo.

Thanks to the high ISO I could take it out of hand, traveling without tripod.

Have fun looking also at the theme 'Balloons of Göreme' where you see a TE-crew invading these balloons.

Sans le "danseur" cette photo aurait été une belle photo pleine de couleur,

This is interior unerverse :). A clean and wide one with the scales given by the people in. Few elements is good, and the result is very graphic.

Hi Henk,
You know, I always appreciate and envy graphics in photography, and there is no doubt i like this one a lot. Yet, i would much more appreciate this photo if it came form anyone else but you. Forgive me that i have to say, those balloon or chimney photos are not "real you". I and anyone else can easily get to this idea, thanks to that "Madurai Impressions - one of my all time favourites on the Internet", you are "Madurai and Tamil Nadu". I have to say, i miss your photos from those lands and of those people of India.
