Are those the light beams from the alien spaceship you see?

At night, Niagara falls is lighted by several strong beams of light. Sometimes the lights are all one color, such as red, green, blue (as shown here), yellow, etc, or they can be multicolored. What might look like noise or grain is partly caused by the mist. You can see the thick mist coming from the falls, with the light beams shining through them. You can also see some mist on my lens. In the background is the Skylon Tower.

Thanks to FORJP001 (Jean Pierre Forest), I was inspired to change the title and add the first sentence.
