Photographer's Note
This is a 1906 covered bridge built by Armand Lachaine in Quebec - Canada.
This bridge is 35 meteres long (about 114 feet) and spans over the Kiamika River.
You will notice that it has a roof which is specific to some old bridges in United States and Canada.
The structure of the bridge is all wood and the bridge is still in service, I actually I took this picture after I passed the bridge with my car.
Today as I am posting this picture here, the bridge will be 100 years old and still counting...
The exact location of this bridge is: Chute St. Philippe Township. 2.0 (3.2 km) SW of Chűte-St. Philippe on PQ311, then 0.2 (0.3 km) Left on du Vieux Pont Rd.
