They look like bicycles made by Dali..... or so I thought when I saw them.Looks like someone had fun at others's expenses.... All this right in front of the Justice hall in Montreal.

It's just a case of the thief(s) seeing that the bike is well protected gets his vengeance by making sure the owner can't use it either.... Todays's society...

Daughter came up with idea for title. She has a more artistic eye than I...

(I put another one up at Treklens (Look for Lanaud)

Maybe an artist, Dali's fan, having workshops outside...

Why do people have to be such jerks? I wish I could find out who did it and make them look like a Dali painting. Anyways. I like the title, at first I thought you had photoshoped the bikes to look this way. I like the angle too. The composition is good because there are no distractions from your main subjects.

Fait chaud ŕ Montréal, si les bicyclettes se mettent ŕ fondre !
Pas trčs sympa pour les propriétaires ... mais cela donne une belle référence artistique ŕ ta photo.
J'attends la suivante avec les cadrants de montres fondus ;)

In Korea I also often see bikes "modified" like these, and now I know how to call them...

Bonsoir Laurent,

Des malfaisants, il y en a partout. Comme ce stationnement est situé prčs du palais de justice, il y a peut-ętre fort ŕ parier qu'un beau sti-de-zeffe-qui-pčte, insatisfait de la décision rendue dans une cause inscrite au civil ou au criminel, aît jeté son dévolu sur les choses inanimées qui n'ont pas d'âme.

Peut-ętre que c'est l'oeuvre d'un frustré qui s'est vu imposer une amende ou encore un çi ou un ça qui veut se prouver ŕ lui-męme q'il existe...l'histoire ne le dit pas.

If you put the bikes on the table it would be a 100% Dali. You (your daughter) could not find a better name. Great!
