Photographer's Note

I am late to greet the fathers for their Day, the twelfth August, as celebrated in Brazil. Here in Canada, we celebrate it in June.

Nobody better than Saint Joseph to properly represent fathers. He was a careful Father, who showed his office to his Son and protected Him from the adversities as long as He was in His charge.

To pay this tribute, I come back to the Saint Joseph Oratory, in Montreal, to show you the impressive carillon of 56 bells; the largest one weighs 1500 kg (3300 lbs.), the smallest 5 kg (11 lbs.). All together they weigh 10,900 kg (12 tons).

We can have the pleasure of listening to its 15 minutes concerts at Thursdays and Fridays: 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays: 12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

An attraction not to be missed at the time of a visit in Montreal.

Note: there isn't a tilt, it's a slope.
