The next stop of the Flatiron-Building-Tour is Toronto. The first building one is only 28 years old, but the design is more 1920 style.

25 The Esplanade is a skyscraper located in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is noted for its similarity to the nearby Gooderham Building in Toronto, and other Flatiron-style buildings.
The building was completed in 1988. It was built as a residential condominium, which still holds true today, with a small amount of space for commercial use.
25 The Esplanade was designed by Matsui Baer Vanstone, who also designed Grand Harbour in Toronto. Its Postmodern design references the Beaux-Arts style among others. It is noted for its similar architecture to other Flatiron buildings. The condominium features exercise facilities, lounge, billiard room, outdoor private "skypark", recreation room, hot tub and sauna. (Wikipedia)
