Photographer's Note

This is another one of those photos where I've meant to post it a long time ago but for whatever reason I never got around to it.

What you're looking at isn't a car/pedestrian bridge, its a skytrain bridge. The Skytrain is our mode of public transportation. We don't have an underground Metro like most European cities do, instead we have this.

The skytrain opened with the Expo 86, 31 years ago, and since that time its expanded to many suburbs of Vancouver. In this scene you can see New Westminster in the bg, and I'm standing in Surrey.

On the left you can see a light trail, thats the skytrain zooming by under a long exposure. I took the photo at late blue hour in the evening, its been a photo that was on my to-do-list for quite some time. Glad I finally captured it, and I hope you like it.
