Photographer's Note
While walking Downtown Toronto at night with a group of friends, we came across this store window. What caught my eye was the perfect placement of lighting to create such a dramatic image. This store front also had a few coloured lights (red and blue, which also created purple) precisly aimed to specific areas of the mannequin, like the hat.
I took this photo a few times, with and without a flash, and decided that I liked the effect without (also less reflection as I didn't have my polarization filter with me).
**Post Pro - First I cropped out 10% of bottom and right side. Then adjusted the Curves slightly. Used the Clone tool to remove the reflection of the little green circle from the traffic light in the background. Created a new layer with parts of the background and used Smart Blur to remove some of the noise. Lastly, added border. Hope you like it!

Soooo esthetic ! I very much like the shadow on the mannequin face. It adds some mystery to your pic. It also enables imagination to see any woman we want in place of the mannequin. The light is wonderful, a streetlamp I guess, but it fits so well with the scenery.
Very, very well done Pamela !

This is a very beautiful photo Pamela ! :)
Everything is well done, the colors, the composition, the framing.
Many people would've just walked by this store front, Very very well seen.
That greenish reflection in the window is very annoying though. I posted a workshop where I tried to clone it out. This is the best I can do at this time of the night..as I really need the sleep (It's 1:10am here) :).
Great photo !

A lovely photo. The final choice of available lighting was perfect, with the intersting blue and cast shadows. If it wasn't for the line around the shoulder, it could have been a real lady. Very well taken and processed Pamela.

From the thumbnail I thought this was a studio portrait. I was surprised and happy to see it was a mannequin in a store window! The light and shadow are dramatic and greatly enhance this photo. Well done.
I've added this to my Window Shopping theme.

Great picture, Pamela. It's not usual to take photos of manequin in store window, but your photo is really impressive. Perfect lighting and composition.

This is lovely. Amazing lights just as you mentioned. (credit to the store owner and the photographer, both :) ) Very nice framing. And you surely could manage to remove most of the reflections of teh background traffic. One suggestion though, is it possible to clone out the join marks at the base of the mannequin's arm ? It seems to draw attention to itself, considering it is pretty sharply edged compared to the curves all over.
Anyhow fantastic shot !!

AMAZING! Great colors. Wonderful framing. But most of all, you have such an eye to distinguish a picture-pefect opportunity such as this one.

The title you chose says it all: "Lighted Beauty"...
A really great observation, mixing colours, smooth shapes and light effect.
Very well executed work Pamela!

This is a very elegant picture, it's as if she was in motion and had just paused. The exposure is perfect, well done.

La couleur bleutée ajoute un effet dramatique dans le côté ombragé. La lumičre est trčs belle
