Photographer's Note

Here we have the Quebecer Village of long ago, in Drummondville. The kilometric waiting line to go inside testifies well that it is an inevitable destination in holidays time (the Summer waiting lines, as mentioned by 'xuaxo' HERE).

Other POV of the entrance in WS#1 and WS#2.

It is a historic site created in 1977 by Claude Verrier Ph.D – the reconstitution of a Quebecer village of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century. Located in a natural environment, bordering the St-François River, halfway between Quebec City and Montreal, this village makes us go back in time, in an amazing authentic way. The majority of the houses we see on the site of the Village Québécois d'Antan were transported there to construct the village.

We will be inside soon... ; -)
