Photographer's Note

This was taken in the Gulf of California or what the Mexican's call the Sea of Cortez. This is the water taxi and its operator that you can rent by the hour. Here there are two passengers who are ready to go snorkeling. Sea gulls and pelicans are all over this place because of shrimps and other fishes abundant in this body of water. At the end of the land area south of Cabo San Lucas the Sea of Cortez merged with the Pacific Ocean. This spot is very near that place. Once you see Baja's crystal clear waters and warm, dry climate, you will understand why Baja was transformed from a quiet cannery area into an international resort. The underwater life is so richly colorful and unspoiled. I was riding another water taxi when I took a picture of this boat.

"I WILL BE AWAY FROM HOME, TE AND TL STARTING DECEMBER 28 TO JANUARY 17, 2006. MAY YOU ALL HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR!"
