This is not a true HDR, but an hdr enhanced image.

Compositionally, this piece reminded me of the legends of Valhalla. The Norse believed that the city of the afterlife lay at the end of a Rainbow Bridge somewhere off the edge of the known world. This connection in my mind was further enhanced by the fact that the building at the end of the rainbow is where one enters the Machu Picchu.

incredible place, incredible view! I like the POV, where the marvellous and famous city is quite ina a corner... not as protagonist!

what a nice view, I wish I could visit such a place. Your connection to the norse mythology is really nice... some years ago the Christians would have burned you on a stake for this :))
Nonetheless, beuatiful landscape.

I love your truly beautiful pictures of rainbows in these landscapes. So neatly captured, great colors, and dynamic light.
