Photographer's Note

[Repost after despeckling]
Couple of weeks ago I took a non-stop flight from New York to Seattle and due to a technical problem we made an emergency landing to Chicago. I have never been to Chicago before and instead of waiting for the next plane at the airport I spent my time by taking some photos of this great city.

I will be sharing some of these photos with you and as usual I would appreciate your comments and input.

This is a shot of steel ribbons of the music pavilion that is designed by architect Frank Gehry, which is sitting in the middle of the $475-million Millennium Park. This park is expected to open this month (july 2004) in Chicago four years behind schedule!
