Looking up at the 'Symphony Center's' Rotunda (Chicago Symphony Orchestra).
Symphony Center is a music complex in Chicago, Illinois and is home to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Symphony Center includes Orchestra Hall, which dates from 1904; Buntrock Hall, a rehearsal and performance space; a public multi-story rotunda; Rhapsody restaurant; and administrative offices. In June 1993, plans to significantly renovate and expand Orchestra Hall were approved and the $110 million project resulting in Symphony Center was completed from 1995 to 1997. Orchestra Hall at Symphony Center was designated a National Historic Landmark on April 19, 1994. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1978.

Hello Philip,
This is a very striking image, like looking up into a spider's web with all those intersecting squares and radial symmetries. I'm particularly impressed by the sharpness of this with excellent DOF. Everything seems to be perfectly in focus. You don't say in the photo info, but was this hand held or did you take in a tripod? 1/25 is quite long to hand hold.
Good decision to place the focal point of the ceiling slightly off-centre, I think that really adds to the interest.
