This picture shows the New York City skyline viewed from the banks of the Hudson River at Tarrytown, under the Tappen Zee Bridge. There are two noteworthy aspects. First, you can clearly see (despite the cloudy day) the immense new apartment building at 432 Park Avenue, that rivals the new WTC in height.
