Welcome to trekearth! Beautiful picture you've shared,I am a sucker for a good cityscape and to have this against that sky makes an excellent photo. The crane is a nice touch, you have a document of whatever building that is in its construction which is cool.
If I could suggest one thing, I would crop off part of the foreground. Perhaps to the edge of the buildings whose roof we can we closely. That view is spectacular but the foreground is drawing my eye from it. Beautiful shot,
