This one is a classic!
Great capture...litterally.
Nice sharp colours, maybe a bit hard light but the affected areas are so small that it really doesn't matter.

I recognized this right away even though your viewpoint here is different from the original photo. It's interesting to see it from another side. Too bad about the cars in the background.

Hmmm... what a sweet gesture... making a statue out of a world famous photo... but I wonder, why Sarasota? Wasn't the picture taken in NYC? or was it San Francisco? I really never thought Sarasota had any connection to the photo. Geesh, now I wonder about the history!

Sarasota because: its every New Englander's eventual destination. A bit of home perhaps. Graffiti had to be removed from the nurse's calf soon after the exhibit was erected. The statue is now in San Diego outside the USS Midway Maritime Museum.
