What an interesting and beautiful photo Kikin. When I first looked at this image, without reading your note, I thought it was from a tree. The natural colours and pattern created a very fascinating photo to look at. Very well seen, and having the main part of the cracked pattern in the center creates a lot of movement.

Its a great texture with warm earthy colours. The cracks intensifying in the middle, I think made this composition to work so well. The frame here suits the picture. Really nice shot Kikin. - We almost have the same name... mine being just without the "n".
