A closer view of the farmhouse and the water tank. At summer time the Antich hilss are very dry and golden. Only the trees remain greeen because their roots are deeper into the ground.

Bonjour André,
Il n'est pas fréquent pour moi de venir sur ta galerie sans doute parce que nous postons ŕ des heures trčs différentes.
Je viens donc de la découvrir et y ai remarqué une grande série de jolies photos.
Celle-ci notamment parfaitement cadrée, restituant des couleurs fidčles d'un paysage désolé mais qui inspire ŕ la visite.
Une photo bien exposée.

I think it might have helped to get that old tractor a bit larger in the shot. But on the other hand I feel that you have fallen a little into an uncomfortable middle way between showing us the detail of the farm, and showing us the gorgeous scenery that it sits in. A better shot might have been to show the farm somewhat more clearly in its context - i.e., show us more of those splendid hills, to give us an idea of the isolation, the loneliness of this farm.

Those waving hills are a marvellous background to see this barn over the yellow field and tractor, it gives a good feel of the area with good sharpness and balanced satured colors/contrasts, well done Andre, if there would something to even benefit the shot more was a frontplan or a wide angle but that is not always possible, you made a fine view as such of this area.
