Photographer's Note
Moving rock at the Race Track, Death Valley National Park. This location is famous for the unusual sights. Rock that left their tracks on the surface of this ancient dry lake. No one had ever see these rock move.
There are studies been done and also many theories on how the rocks are move. the most logical theories is that the surface of this ancient lake is composed of silt and mud, which are slippery when wet. So the whole thing could happen when there is rain in the region cause the surface to be slippery at the same time strong wind occurs in the region pushed on the rock and cause it to move and left the track behind.

Is there an explanation as to how these rocks move? Excellent picture. I like the track left by the rock on its way somewhere. Good colors and contrast of the nicely textured dirt and the rock. Interesting picture and sight indeed.

I wish we could have seen the top of the moutain in the background (to have always more depth). But this idea is funny and original. Great inspiration to have an unexpected subject. Well seen.

Hello Phuoc! Your framing is very impressive here. The rocks and it's trail are positioned perfectly in the frame. The details are very sharp. My only criticism is that the horizon seems a little slanted, perhaps you could rotate it a degree counter clockwise to straigthen. Otherwise very, very nice.

Doug

Hello!
Great composition you got here! Eyes are being lead to the horizon through the winding track of the stone - great idea!
Keep it up!
Jarek.

Really great photo. It's as good as any I've seen in publications on Death Valley when they refer to the "Race Track".
