From my home, this type of bird (Kingfisher) flies by often. Just liked the reflection here. Bird flies with fast wings close to the water, often in groups. Basic colors for this bird type. Thanks for viewing. David

An excellent shot of the kingfisher, with good sharpness and exposure. The reflection is what really makes this a special photo. Great timing to get the wings on the downbeat, when the reflection is the best.

Hello David, beautiful view of this bird flying so low above the surface of the water. Wonderful reflections. Superb sharpness. Nice elaborate frame. Usually, kingfishers are very colourful. Here it is black and white.

I know how fast kingfishers fly!
This is an amazing capture in flight, especially when you have been able to capture it creating a reflection, too!

NOT easy! Nice action pic well seen so very well timed. We seldom get treated to seeing them like this and being only familiar with our colourful kingfishers, this 'black-and-white' is all new to me. The reflections lends a lovely finishing touch. Gorgeous wildlife shot
