Happy Easter 2020, a photo from Pennsylvania, Northeast

We are having quite a different Easter this year. Church service was streamed through facebook, we had Sunday School through join.me, all the trappings of the traditional Easter celebration were invisible. Even Kraynak's was closed a few weeks after they set up the easter Bunny Lane, so I didn't get to see this year's exhibit. However, they stated on their website that they will keep it open for a few weeks after things go back to normal.

All that, however, doesn't change the fact that Easter is the celebration of the Resurrection. So, I borrowed a photo I took last year mark the occasion.

For us in Greece begins the Holy Week
a different Week from the previous years!!!
we will have a different Easter this year...
but it will be very difficult to go back
to normal......
lets hope that this will happen the soonest
possible

Hi Murat,
I had a photo uploaded recently titled "Empty Tomb". I see that your photo much better illustrates my point which I mentioned there. This is the essence of the Christianity I suppose.
The place is so empty and the ladies are keeping 2 meter distance as well.
Plenty of color. Great decoration.

a nice idea to show the real meaning of easter times instead of rabbits and chocolate eggs.
outside we have a big storm at this moment to celebrate the 28th anniversary of our tornado.
